Patty Carlson has witnessed extraordinary results from the Numeric Language of Music® program in her private practice. Developed over many years, Patty was awarded a US Patent for the unique method of teaching she authored. During her development of the program it came to her attention significant changes were occurring in the people she was teaching. Handwriting skills were accelerating from the worst in the class to the best in the class in a matter of months. Reading and math skills were increasing from D’s and failing to 98 and 100%. First grade reading skills advanced to fifth grade third month levels. The results were similar with special needs children and young adults. Curious to see if the program would have any effect with neurodegenerative disease, Patty took the program to a local assisted living center. Symptoms of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Stroke disability reversed.
Patty designed Piano for Special Needs as a manual to be followed exactly in the same steps she used with every student and patient. Testing the manual with people she never met indicated the program was equally effective when used by third parties.
